We have been receiving numerous questions and concerns about the Child Care Employee Income Exclusion that launched on October 24, 2022. Attached is the FAQ (English and Spanish versions) that was shared when the program launched.
All child care employees who work in a licensed or certified child care program must apply for CCAP to receive this benefit. The employee must meet all technical eligibility requirements and must provide all necessary documentation requested by the Division of Family Support.
Any questions about this program should be directed to the Division of Child Care, not individual Service Region Administrators (SRAs) throughout the state. You may send those questions to CCAPProviderPayments@ky.gov.
