The enrolled participant agrees to complete all coursework independently, non-graded activities, and, if applicable, satisfactorily completing application activities. The enrolled participant agrees that they will complete all coursework independently, without obtaining answers to quizzes from other persons.

Clock Hours

Most courses have a specified number of clock hours for which the training credit will be awarded. A few courses identified as informational or required may not have any clock hours awarded. Clock hours offered for each training are identified in the individual course, which is the number of training hours reflected on the certificate. While most courses do have a specified number of clock hours, some courses identified as informational or required may not have any clock hours awarded.  Clock hours offered for each training are identified in the individual training and will be reflected on the certificate.  Training hours are based on how long it is expected for each learner to move through the content and complete any assignments.

Periodically account and course information will be audited.  This includes but is not limited to verifying the time taken to complete the training, reviewing responses submitted, and completing the content. If it is determined that you have falsified information, shared answers with another learner, did not adequately complete content, or not met the minimum time requirements for the training, completion credit will be revoked, and future access to training content will be restricted.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

No refunds or substitutions will be granted once a learner has enrolled in a training.   This applies to bulk purchases and individual training registrations.

Email and Accounts

Each learner must have a unique email address. Only one learner per email address may access the course.

Promotional Codes

If provided with a promotional code, it is to be used one time only for its intended use.  Any misuse of a promotional code will result in the revocation of access to the account.

Repeating Courses

Per KAR 922 2:240 Section 11 (11), early childhood educators shall not repeat online training courses, including orientation, unless 5 years have passed since the online training was completed or if it is required as part of a disciplinary directive by a state agency or employer. If a course is repeated under any other circumstances the clock hours will not count.

If you are registering another learner, you should use the ‘bulk purchase’ option to purchase seats(even if for just one person). After checkout, you will receive information on how to invite learners to enroll. The refund and cancellation policy applies to bulk purchases.
