Training Coach Retires

Dear credentialed trainers,

I’m writing to share that I will be retiring in early February 2026 and leaving my role as Northern Bluegrass Regional Training Coach. I am looking forward to RV travels with my husband, volunteering, and more time to spend on favorite hobbies and with family and friends. I am excited for this next step and also will miss the wonderful coaching team and training community.  It has been a pleasure working with you all!

For those who haven’t heard, I’m also delighted to share that Bambi Cliffe, Southern Bluegrass Training Coach, will be supporting the Northern Bluegrass trainer group after I leave. Bambi is a Level 5 trainer and has been a Training Coach for over 12 years.

Thank you for all you do to support high-quality professional development for Kentucky’s ECE staff! You make a difference in the quality of care for our children and families. I hope our paths cross again. (Maybe I will see you at a campsite.) 😊

All the best,

Sharon Norris
